Resuming at a healthy 215 for 2 on a sunny day, Virat Kohli & Co. fell like a pack of cards against the second new ball. Having been skittled out for a sorry 78 in the first innings, India lost their last eight second-innings wickets for just 63 runs on Day 4.
Cheteshwar Pujara failed to add to his overnight score of 91, Virat Kohli fell for 55 after reaching his first half-century of the series, Ajinkya Rahane managed only 10 and Rishabh Pant 1.
Only Ravindra Jadeja hung around for some time to make 30, but the English pacers were far too good for the Indian line-up.
Ollie Robinson, who bagged five wickets in the second innings, was adjudged Man of the Match for his seven-wicket haul in the Test.
