Bhadrak: A four-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a youth at Lunisahi village under Naikanidihi police limits in Bhadrak district on Sunday.
The incident took place while she was returning home from tuition around 9 am this morning. The youth, identified Jagannath Das of the village, lured her with chocolates and grapes and took her to an isolated place, where he allegedly raped her, sources said.
She was later found by her family members in a critical condition and was admitted to Basudevpur Community Health Centre.
Police have detained Das for questioning, the sources added.
