Berhampur: Ganjam Collector Vijay Amrit Kulange on Tuesday flagged off 5 mobile clinic vans here.
Each van is fitted with Oxygen cylinders and will have doctors, pharmacists and health workers. These vans will work as mobile clinics and the public would get the general treatment facilities, the collector said.
“We have provided two vans to Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) and one each to Chhatrapur, Bhanjanagar and Berhampur sub-divisions for the benefit of the public,” said Kulange.
The vans have been provided by the Tata Steel SEZ scheme and will be managed by the district administration.
