6176 Patients Recover From COVID-19 In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: As many as 6176 patients recovered from COVID-19 and were discharged from hospitals in Odisha on Wednesday.

Of the recovered patients, 954 were from Khurda district, 519 from Kalahandi, 485 from Cuttack, 459 from Balangir, 433 from Sundargarh, 263 from Jharsuguda, 243 from Angul, 239 from Bargarh, 228 from Puri, 225 from Sambalpur and 200 from Nabarangpur, according to Health and Family Welfare department.

Similarly, there were 195 recoveries from Nuapada, 168 from Ganjam, 149 from Mayurbhanj, 137 from Balasore, 120 from Sonepur, 113 from Kendrapada, 112 from Jajpur, 103 from Nayagarh, 87 from Bhadrak, 85 from Jagatsinghpur, 78 from Rayagada, 74 each from Deogarh and Keonjhar, 64 from Gajapati and 52 from Koraput.

The recoveries from other districts are as follow:

40 from Kandhamal

28 each from Boudh and Malkangiri

20 from Dhenkanal

201 from State Pool

The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 4,16,403 against positive tally of 489,641 with 9,889 new cases reported on the day.
