Rourkela: The Steel City has reported around 75 of the 127 new COVID-19 cases in Odisha’s Sundargarh district in the last 24 hours, which has pushed the affected tally to 4757.
Rourkela had reported 39 cases the previous day.
Among the new cases, 11 are from NIT Campus while one is a staffer of Rourkela Government Hospital.
While 23 cases have been detected during active surveillance, the rest are contacts of previous COVID-19 patients, the district administration tweeted.
