Bhubaneswar: Two more persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in the Odisha capital in the last 24 hours, taking the affected tally to 88.
According to government sources, a 40-year-old man and his 8-year-old daughter with travel history to Delhi have contracted the infection. They are residents of Patia in Bhubaneswar.
“Contact tracing is still continuing. Primary contacts are being quarantined and nearby houses sanitised. These will under active surveillance,” the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation tweeted.
With three deaths and 51 recoveries, Bhubaneswar now has 34 active cases.
