Bhubaneswar: Balasore reported five corona positive cases on the day the 60-hour complete.shutdown restrictions were lifted from the district.
The shutdown period ended on Sunday morning.

With these fresh cases, the affected tally of the district has gone up.to 15. Two more districts – Bhadrak and Jajpur – were also shut down following a spike in the cases. While Bhadrak now has 16 confirmed cases, Jajpur’s tally has touched 18.
These three districts along with Bhubaneswar (46) have reported 95 out of the total 108 cases in the state, which comes to around 88 per cent.
