Bhubaneswar: Mrunal Kanti Das was appointed Chairman of Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, in a reshuffle in the OAS cadre on Saturday.
The OAS officer was serving as Additional Director of NHM, Bhubaneswar. The February 14 transfer order posting the officer as Commissioner of Settlement & Consolidation, Bhubaneswar, has been cancelled, the notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department said.
It further stated that Special Secretary, Board of Revenue, Cuttack, Birendra Korkora will replace Manoranjan Mallick as Director, Secondary Education. Mallick has been posted as CDI and ex-officio Special Secretary to Government, GA and PG Department.
Similarly, Additional Secretary, Women and Child Development, Anuj Kumar Das Pattanaik has been transferred and posted as State Nodal Officer, PM Poshan and MM Poshan.
Prabeer Kumar Nayak, CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Jharsuguda, has been appointed Additional Commissioner, Additional Revisional Court, Bhubaneswar. His appointment as Additional District Magistrate, Gajapati, has been cancelled.
Joint Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Jasmine Patnaik has been transferred and posted as Joint Director (Admin), Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA), Bhubaneswar.
Additional District Magistrate, Koraput, Debi Prasad Mohanty has been appointed CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Jajpur.
Kendrapada Tehsildar Tapas Ranjan Dehury has been appointed Jajpur Sub-Collector.
Saismita Upadhyaya, who was serving as Administrative Officer of Jajpur DHH, has been transferred and posted as Personnel officer, Text Book Production and Marketing, Bhubaneswar.
