Bhubaneswar: What seems like a scene lifted straight from the cult movie ‘Sholay’ where Dharmendra (Veeru) climbed atop the tank to profess his love, a man on Friday perched himself on Parija Library building inside Utkal University here.
According to reports, he has threatened to commit suicide.
The identity of the youth is yet to be ascertained.
Meanwhile, Fire Services personnel have reached the spot and efforts are on to rescue him.
