Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre on Wednesday forecast intense spell of rainfall at one or two places in Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur, Dhenkanal, Cuttack, Balasore, Bhadrak, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and Kendrapada between 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm.
