Mumbai: Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case is becoming murkier by the day, with shocking revelations being made by the actor’s staff including his bodyguard and personal trainer.
In an exclusive interview with Republic TV, Sushant’s bodyguard alleged Rhea Chakraborty was giving drugs to the actor and he used to be asleep in his room and unconscious most of the time.
The bodyguard further revealed that Rhea used to send him to the drugstore to get the drugs for the actor and the store owners used to look at him suspiciously.
“As Far As Medicines Go.. Most Of The Time SSR Would Be Asleep.. Don’t Know About Overdose.. After His Trip To Europe, He Came Back Ill.. He Was Always In Bed.. Previously Always Active.. Would Prepare For The Ironman Triathlon.. Swimming, Running, Gymming,” the bodyguard told Republic TV.
He also revealed that Rhea, her father and brother would invite their friends to the actor’s apartment for partying and would spend his money lavishly. Sushant was never a part of these parties.
Rhea used to humiliate and ill-treat the actor’s staff, and suddenly changed the entire team except him, alleged the bodyguard.
He further said that all the allegations levelled against Rhea by Sushant’s father are true and the late actor should get justice.
Republic TV carried out a sting operation, where a journalist posed as the late actor’s friend and interacted with his personal trainer Samee Ahmed.
Samee revealed that Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea was giving him some unadministered drugs without any counselling.
The drug dosage was controlled by Rhea and she was the one who used to take the actor to the doctors, alleged the trainer.
He even noticed behavioural changes in the actor after he got into a relationship with Rhea.
Bihar police is currently investigating the case and have recorded the statements of Sushant’s sister Mitu Singh, his ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande and his cook.
Sushant’s cook was present at his Bandra residence when the actor hanged himself to death in his room on June 14.
On the fateful day, the cook had called the security guard of the building to get a keysmith for opening the door of the actor’s room which was locked from inside.
The Sushant suicide case is being investigated by both Bihar police and Mumbai police.
