Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department here on Monday issued heavy rainfall advisory for Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
Residents of twin city are likely to face temporary traffic congestion, slippery roads and waterlogging till the morning of Wednesday (August 5), it added.
