New Delhi: Hours after the hearing into Sushant Singh Rajput case, a PIL was filed in the Supreme Court on Wednesday claiming a link between the death of the actor and his former manager Disha Salian.
Besides a detailed investigation report of Mumbai police in Disha’s death case, the petitioner has sought a CBI probe into her death amid reports that her case file has been missing or deleted.
Advocate Vineet Dhanda said that if after perusing the report, the top court finds it unsatisfactory, then the matter may be referred to the CBI for further investigation.
Salian fell to her death from 14th floor of a residential building (Regent Galaxy) in Mumbai’s Malad West on July 8. Sushant was found hanging at his Bandra residence a week later on June 14.
