Malkangiri: The COVID-19 positive cases in Malkangiri districts rose to 836 on Saturday with 27 new cases in the last 24 hours.
Out of 27 cases, one is a COVID warrior and 18 local contact cases.

Among the new cases, Malkangiri Municipality has the highest 16 and the remaining 11 cases are detected from four blocks in Mathili (2), Korukonda (2), Kalimela (1) and Malkangiri (6).
With 2 deaths and 469 recoveries, Malkangiri district has 365 active cases.
