COVID-19 Count Surges Past 2K In Odisha’s Bhadrak

Bhadrak: The COVID-19 tally in Bhadrak district mounted to 2007 on Saturday with an overnight addition of 77 new cases.

According to the district administration, 76 of the new patients are local contact cases and one is in institutional quarantine.

Of the new cases, the highest of 25 were reported from Bhadrak municipality, followed by 14 from Bonth municipality, 13 from Chandabali, 10 from Bhadrak block, four from Tihidi, three each from Basudevpur, Dhamnagar and Chandbali NAC, and two from Bhandaripokhari.

Two of the new patients were shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital, in Cuttack.
