3779 More Patients Recover From COVID-19 In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: As many as 3779 more COVID-19 patients recovered from the disease and were being discharged from hospitals across the state on Thursday.

Of the new recovered cases, 550 were from Khurda, 427 from Cuttack, 158 from Puri, 155 from Balasore, 152 each from Bargarh and Jharsuguda, 135 each from Kandhamal and Mayurbhanj, 127 from Sambalpur, 118 from Rayagada, 113 from Jajpur and 105 from Jagatsinghpur district.

Similarly, 99 patients recovered in Ganjam 98 in Balangir, 92 in Bhadrak, 81 in Nabarangpur, 77 in Nuapada, 76 in Keonjhar, 74 in Dhenkanal, 69 each in Kendrapada and Koraput, 65 each in Kalahandi and Sonepur, 62 in Sundargarh, 58 in Gajapati, 47 in Nayagarh, 46 in Malkangiri, 44 in Boudh, 39 in Angul, 7 in Deogarh. There were also 284 recovered cases from State Pool.

With the day’s figure, the total recovered cases in Odisha have gone up to 1,61,044 against 1,96,888 positive cases with the highest single-day spike of 4,340 cases overnight.
