Bhubaneswar: The Puri administration has decided to clamp Section 144 around Jagannath Temple and on the stretch from Marichikota to Singha Dwara for Gosani Jatra procession on October 27.
Devotees have been barred from taking part in the festival. “Only seven persons will be allowed during the Deba Sabha,” informed sub-collector Bhabataran Sahu.
