Bhubaneswar: Former Rourkela MLA Dilip Ray has tested positive for COVID-19.
Taking to his Twitter handle on Monday, he wrote that he got himself tested for the virus after developing initial symptoms and the report was positive.

“My health is fine. I have isolated myself,” he said, adding, “complacency can put us as well as our near ones at risk.”
