Bhubaneswar: Professor Bishnu Charan Rout, eminent educationist and Political Science professor, passed away here on Wednesday night. He was 84.
He was suffering from old age-related ailments for some time.
Born in 1937 at Madhyasasan village in Jagatsinghpur district, Prof Rout authored several books on Political Science during his lifetime.
