9 Odisha Districts To Experience Rain In Next Two Hours; Check the Forecast Till Dec 31 Morning

Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday forecast isolated light rain in some parts of Khurda, Puri, Cuttack, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Kendrapada, Bhadrak, Jagatsingpur and Jajpur districts.

The weather condition will prevail for the next two hours till 6 pm, it said.

In its midday bulletin, the MeT office had said that light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at one or two places in Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Jharsuguda and Jajpur till 8.30 am on Tuesday.

A few places in Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh and one or two places in Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore are likely to experience thundershowers during the subsequent 24 hours.

Between 8.30 am on December 29 and 8.30 am on December 30, light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at a few places in Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Angul, Dhenkanal, Deogarh, Sundargarh and at one or two places in Jagatsinghpur, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Sonepur, Jajpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapada and Cuttack.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at one or two places in Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and Balasore in the next 24 hours, it added.
