2 Months After Bypass Surgery, Comedian Sunil Grover Resumes Work
Mumbai: Two months after being hospitalized following a heart attack, actor and stand-up comedian Sunil Grover is set to resume work.
Grover, who was spotted at Mumbai airport on Wednesday, reportedly left for Rishikesh where he will be shooting for his next project.
Grover, who used to be a regular fixture in the popular The Kapil Sharma Show (TKSS), underwent bypass surgery and was discharged on February 3.
“Sunil has been following a healthy fitness and diet regime. He has dealt with the health setback with a positive approach and is now raring to get back to work. He will commence the shoot of his new project in Rishikesh from tomorr,ow. But he will follow his diet, yoga and fitness regime to the T,” TimesofIndia.com quoted a source as saying.
Grover recently performed at Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav in Delhi, organized by Ministry of Culture to mark completion of a year’s existence.
The 44-year-old Grover last featured in a key role in the ZEE5 web series Sunflower.
