Malkangiri: Two persons were arrested on charges of smuggling 16.8-kg ganja from Chitrakonda in Malkangiri district to Nabarangpur.
They were identified as Sunadhar Khara (25) of Nilakambe village in Malkangiri and Babuli Khara (21), a resident of Aparakolabar in Koraput.
During patrolling, a team of Orkel police intercepted the duo on a motorcycle at Balimela in the district finding their activities suspicious.
