Odisha’s BJD Leader Rabi Nanda Admitted To Hospital In Visakhapatnam
Koraput: Senior BJD leader Rabi Narayan Nanda has been admitted to a hospital at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh following complaint of breathing problem.
As per reports, Nanda suffered from diarrhoea due to food poisoning after attending a party on Sunday. He consulted the doctors at Jeypore hospital in the morning and was advised to get admitted.
Later, the former minister complained of breathing problem and his condition started to deteriorate. Following this, he was shifted to a hospital in Visakhapatnam.
Nanda was recently in news as Jajpur MLA and BJD’s organisational secretary Pranab Prakash Das (Bobby) reportedly pulled the senior leader out of the stage in front of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik during the platinum jubilee celebrations of Vikram Deb (Autonomous) College in Koraput.
Later, Nanda rubbished it saying that there was nothing humiliating. He said he was just asked to climb down the stage and not ‘pulled’ out as portrayed by the media.
