Beat BJP Leaders With Slippers If They Seek Votes In PM’s Name: Hindu Sena Chief
Bengaluru: Rashtriya Hindu Sena chief Pramod Muthalik on Friday lashed out at BJP leaders in poll-bound Karnataka, accusing them of seeking votes in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s name.
Claiming that BJP’s only way was to take Modi’s name, Muthalik said: “They will come again to your doorstep asking you all to ‘please cast your votes for Modi.’ Beat them with slippers if they take Modi’s name. They are nalayaks (useless). These useless people take Modi’s name, but will not understand their workers’ problems.”
Daring BJP leaders to garner votes by their capability, Muthalik advised them to avoid using Modi’s photos in pamphlets and banners.
“Tell voters that you have done development, you have rescued cows, you have worked for Hindutva. Try seeking votes with the pride of beating your chest that you had worked so much,” Muthalik said in Karwar.
