Pandian first visited Jagannath Temple and Maa Budhi Thakurani temple at Angul and interacted with the members of the temple committee, priests and public regarding the development of the temples and providing better pilgrim facilities.

Then he went to Khalari High School and interacted with the students and teachers regarding 5T High School Transformation initiative. He motivated the students to keep working to fulfill their goals and aspirations. He also went to Mission Shakti Café and met its members.

The secretary offered tributes to the statue of late Pabitra Mohan Pradhan, prominent freedom fighter and former deputy chief minister, at Pabitra Nagar. Later, he visited Maheswari Temple and indoor stadium at Athamalik.
