President Droupadi Murmu Arrives In Bhubaneswar On 3-Day Visit To Odisha

Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday evening on 3-day visit to Odisha.

President Murmu was received by Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on her arrival at Biju Patnaik International Airport in Bhubaneswar.

As per schedule, the President will begin her visit with an interaction with a group of medical students, whose education is sponsored by Atut Bandhan, a non-profit organisation. She will then lay the foundation stone for a new building block of Raj Bhavan in Bhubaneswar.

On July 26, Murmu will attend the valedictory function of 75th year celebrations of the High Court of Orissa in Cuttack. She will also address the annual function of SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack, and grace the convocation of National Law University, Odisha, on the same day.

Before returning, the President will interact with the members of particularly vulnerable tribal groups (PVTG) at Raj Bhavan on July 27.
