New Delhi: The audience interest in Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starrer ‘Gadar 2’ has neither waned nor slowed down even on the second Friday, with massive crowds thronging theatres. The film is on a scoring spree and has already clocked Rs 300 crore at the domestic box office. ‘Gadar 2’ made a business of Rs 19.50 crore, taking its total to Rs 304.13 crore in eight days, reports Sacnilk. The film scored Rs 284.63 crore during its opening week.

Earlier, speaking about the success of the film, Sunny shared, “I was quite stressed before the release of the movie. When the movie was released, I cried and laughed the entire night. My father was around and he saw me. I told him, ‘I have not had alcohol. Main khush aa main ki kara (I am happy, what can I do)’.” The actor had also hinted that ‘Gadar 3’ is in the making.
After reuniting with Sunny Deol, Amesha Patel is now keen to join forces with Hrithik Roshan. She told ETimes, “Like I have a great chemistry with Sunny, I have a great chemistry with Hrithik too and I’d love to work with him. I think we both debuted together and people would love that like they’ve loved Gadar too. I think they would love Hrithik and me back too.” In 2000, Hrithik Rosh and Ameesha Patel marked their Bollywood debut with ‘Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hal.
