Doctor’s Son Held For Assaulting Youth In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Son of a Bhubaneswar-based doctor has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a youth at a city bar here.

Police identified the accused as Ren Patnaik (22), a resident of Chandrasekharpur.

He was arrested on Thursday for bashing a youth, whom he called to bar while the latter was celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi near KIIT Square on Tuesday. The incident is being attributed to past enmity.
