Claiming that People are living in constant fear in the absence of rule of law, he said whatever development has happened in the state during the last nine years is only because of the welfare schemes launched by the Centre.

Stating that the Central government has introduced schemes for all sections, including women, youths, children, labourers, poor and farmers, the Minister said people are getting benefited with these programmes.

Hailing Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the architect of development, Rai said development is reaching every nook and corner of the country because of him.
