Mumbai: Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Asia’s wealthiest businessman, and Radhika Merchant tied the knot in a glittering ceremony, steeped in Hindu traditions, at Mumbai’s Jio World Drive Convention Centre in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), on July 12.
The couple, in a deeply emotional moment captured in a viral video, exchanged specially crafted vows at their mandap, promising a future filled with love and commitment.
Radhika, resplendent in a lehenga designed by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, pledged: “Our home won’t just be a space, it will be our feeling of love and togetherness. And it will be where we are, it will be wherever we are, together.”
Anant, who was in in a golden sherwani, replied: “Radhika, with Shri Krishna’s blessings, I promise we will make the home of our dreams together, our house will not just be a place but it will be an emotion of love, no matter where we are.”

Among the attendees were celebrities from Hollywood to Bollywood, global politicians, and industry titans. John Cena, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, the Bachchans, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Janhvi Kapoor, added to the glamour and excitement of the occasion.

After the auspicious Shubh Vivah, where the dress code embraced traditional Indian attire, the festivities continue with the Shubh Aashirwad on July 13, featuring Indian formal attire, followed by the Mangal Utsav or wedding reception on July 14, themed around Indian chic.
