Bhubaneswar: The state government on Monday effected a reshuffle in the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) cadre with the transfer of new posting of several officers.
The General Administration and Public Grievance department has issued a notification in this regard. The list of officers transferred:
• Pratap Kumar Mishra, OAS (SS), Deputy DG (Administration), Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Bhubaneswar is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises Department.
• Lala Manoj Kumar Ray, OAS (SS), Ex-Special Secretary to Ex- Chief Minister, Odisha, now joined in the GA & PG Department, is posted as Deputy DG (Administration), Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Bhubaneswar.
• Pratap Chandra Hota, OAS (SS), Ex-Private Secretary to the Ex-Speaker, Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Special Secretary to Government, Parliamentary Affairs Department.
• Prasanta Kishore Mohapatra, OAS (SAG), Ex-Private Secretary to Ex-Minister, R & DM, S & ME, Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department.
• Sk. Jamiruddin, OAS (SAG), Ex-Private Secretary to Ex-Minister, H & UD, Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Revenue & D.M. Department.
• Sukanta Kumar Behera, OAS (SAG), General Manager, OFDC, Bhubaneswar is transferred and posted as Secretary, Odisha Human Rights Commission, Bhubaneswar.
• The posting of Gangadhar Nayak, OAS (SS), Special Secretary to Government, F & ARD Department as Secretary, Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC), Bhubaneswar,
made vide the GA & PG Department Notification No.4500/SCS dated 13.02.2024′ is hereby
cancelled.
• Manas Ranjan Padhi, OAS (SAG), Ex-Private Secretary to Ex-Minister, Tourism, Odia Language, Literature & Culture, Excise Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, General Administration & Public Grievance Department.
