Earlier in the day, the CM had wished the people of the state on Holi through a post on X. “My warmest greetings to everyone on the occasion of the sacred festival of Holi. May this festival of brotherhood and friendship fill everyone’s lives with happiness, peace and joy. I wish everyone a blessed life from Radha Govinda,” he wrote.

Majhi is scheduled to leave for Delhi on a two-day visit this afternoon. He will be back in Bhubaneswar on Sunday evening, sources said.

On Friday, the CM had participated in ‘Bandhu Milan’ programme along with BJP leaders – Manmohan Samal and Prithiviraj Harichandan – at the party state office and also celebrated the festival of colours with journalists.

OTHER WISHES

Governor Haribabu Kambhampati also extended greetings and urged the people to enjoy the occasion by using natural colours.

Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik, who is on a personal visit to Delhi, also wished people on the occasion. He is likely to attend Chennai delimitation meeting convened by TN CM MK Stalin after returning from the national capital.
