Cuttack: The body of a female nurse was found hanging under mysterious circumstances at a private hostel in Jobra area of Odisha’s Cuttack city on Friday.
The deceased, identified as Kalpana Das of Balasore, was working as a nurse in a private hospital in Jobra area of the city.

Sources said that the woman, aged around 25 years, was found hanging inside the bathroom by other inmates of the private hostel.
On being informed, a team from Malgodown Police Station visited the site and recovered the body, which was sent for postmortem,
The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
