Angul: A man stabbed his son to death at Manikajodi village under Purunakota police limits in Angul district on Friday.
According to reports, the duo had a heated argument over some issue. The accused, identified as Antaryami Nayak, got furious and attacked his son with a knife, killing him on the spot.
Though the accused fled the spot soon after committing the crime, police later managed to nab him.
The body has been sent for postmortem and further investigation is on, police sources said.
