Bhubaneswar: The Special Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) will be conducted on September 27 in two sittings, according to a notification issued by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) on Saturday.
The first sitting of the exam, which was cancelled earlier due to a question paper leak, will be held from 9.00 am to 11.30 am, while the second sitting will take place from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.
The admit cards for the Special OTET will be available for download on the official website from September 17.
The BSE, Odisha, said there will be no change in the examination centres. “The Special Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (SOTET), 2025 for Paper-I & Paper II categories which was postponed, vide Notification No.610 (Secret) Dt.19.07.2025 shall be conducted on Dt. 27.09.2025 (Saturday) as per the timing given,” the BSE notification said.
“The Examination Centre shall remain same. Admit Card shall be made available on the website www.bseodisha.ac.in from Dt.17.09.2025,” it further read.
Earlier, the Special OTET 2025, scheduled to be held on August 31, was postponed again. BSE said the examination was deferred due to unavoidable circumstances.
