Saudi Crown Prince Flies Via Riyadh As India Objects To Direct Arrival From Pakistan
New Delhi: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) was received by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his arrival here late on Tuesday evening.
His flight was routed through Riyadh from Islamabad as India objected to direct travel from Pakistan, reports News18.
As part of his Asia tour, MBS was in Pakistan for 2 days and will leave for China after spending two days in India.
The visit is intended to strengthen “Strategic Partnership Council” and deepen partnership in areas like political, security, trade, investment and culture.

Saudi Arabia has said that it will try to “de-escalate” tensions between India and Pakistan, the report added.
