Bhubaneswar: Rooted in devotion and enriched with human emotions, the poetry collections “Krushnamaya” and “Bhabadhara,” penned by Smt. Mahapatra Sabita Hota, were unveiled today by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
“Krushnamaya” offers a lyrical portrayal of the divine childhood and blissful life of Lord Krishna, providing readers with a deeply enriching and spiritually fulfilling experience. In contrast, “Bhabadhara” explores the diversity of human character, the complexity of the world, truth, and the significance of self-realization. Both collections stand out for their distinct creative vision and depth of expression. The author’s devotion, spirituality, and humanistic sensibilities are vividly reflected through the choice of words and poetic rhythm.
Earlier, the author’s works “Padarabindare” and “Adyapustak” received wide appreciation from readers. The profound expression of devotion and the celebration of feminine strength in those books left a lasting impression. The dignitaries present expressed confidence that “Krushnamaya” and “Bhabadhara” will garner similar appreciations.
The book launch event was attended by eminent personalities including noted writer and editor of Banichitra Bhaskar Jena and advocate Nilayadhar Hota.
