Mumbai: Days after a report by India Forums claimed that Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash had secretly tied the knot, a video featuring Abhishek Kumar seemingly confirming their court marriage has gone viral on social media.
In the viral clip, Abhishek, who appears alongside Karan and Tejasswi on the cooking-comedy reality show ‘Laughter Chefs’, is heard saying, “Bhai unhone court marriage kar li hai.”
His remark sparked widespread speculation across social media platforms.

Earlier, an insider had told India Forums that the buzz surrounding Karan and Tejasswi’s wedding was “true.”
However, when the portal contacted Karan for clarification, the actor dismissed the rumours. “2-4 mahine se chal raha hai ye, kahi se screenshot nikaal ke kuch kia hua hai, mere pas aaya tha pehle bhi ye. (This has been going on for the last 2-4 months. Someone has taken out a screenshot and edited or created something from it. I had received this earlier as well.)”
In a chat with Bombay Times, speaking about her wedding plans with Karan, Tejasswi had said, “That’s not happening anytime soon.”
Talking about working with each other in ‘Laughter Chefs Season 3’, the actress added: “There are, of course, a lot of things that you do explore with each other on a professional basis. You do tend to understand how the other person likes to work. Especially for me, there’s so much that I get to learn from Karan, him being my senior. For me, it’s been a learning process.”
Karan and Tejasswi have been in a relationship for nearly five years, having first crossed paths during their stint on the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’.
Following the show, the couple frequently made public appearances together, shared glimpses from their vacations, and often featured each other on social media, eventually building a massive fan following that fondly nicknamed them “TejRan.”
