Cuttack: A day after the tragic boat mishap in Mahanadi at Mundali, the body of the missing ODRAF jawan Sitaram Murmu was recovered on Saturday.
Three teams of ODRAF engaged in the search operation spotted the body at Kakhadi Mahalapada Gumei Sahi in Athagarh block today afternoon. The team had launched the search operation last night and had spread out in the vicinity of Mundali Barrage and Naraj area of the river in search of Sitaram.
After several hours of search the body of Sitaram was recovered.
On the other hand, cameraman Pravat Sinha is undergoing treatment in the ICU of Medicine ward of SCB Medical College and Hospital, here.
