Bhubaneswar: Following reports of damage to CCTV cameras in some Matric examination centres in the media, the Odisha government on Friday said it will take action against the concerned centre superintendents.
“There are reports in the media that to indulge in malpractice, the students in some centres damaged CCTV cameras installed in the examination hall. If such incidents come to notice, the concerned centre superintendents will be held responsible and action will be taken against them,” School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash told the media here.
Officials of the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) had a video conferencing with the centre superintendents in this connection on Thursday.
