Hyderabad: Urvashi Rautela was admitted to hospital here after sustaining an injury on the sets of her Telugu film ‘NBK 109’.
Urvashi was shooting a high-octane action sequence when she got hurt.
Urvashi’s team issued a statement saying that the actress suffered a “terrible fracture”.
She suffered an ‘intertrochanteric hip fracture’ and is receiving the best possible treatment at a medical facility.
According to the statement, Urvashi’s parents have expressed anger towards the filmmakers over her injury, reported The Free Press Journal.
Directed by Bobby Kolli, the film went to floors in November 2023, and also stars Prakash Raj, Dulqueer Salman and Bobby Deol in a pivotal role.
Urvashi is currently shooting for the third phase of the film in Hyderabad.
