Adah Sharma Shuts Down Trolls, Speaks About Positive Vibes In Sushant Singh Rajput’s House
Mumbai: Unfazed by the criticism over her decision to move into late Sushant Singh Rajput’s duplex, ‘The Kerala Story’ actress Adah Sharma sternly said that she is not going to change for anyone.
Adah shared with India Today that she is at peace in her new abode and is enjoying the nature-friendly, spacious duplex where she can feed birds and squirrels.
Talking about the controversy over her decision to move into Sushant’s house, the actress said that she is unaffected by such things as India is a free country and everyone has the right to express their opinion, but that hardly affects her.
“As an actor, or even as a person, you cannot react to everything that’s been said. We all have a lot of things to do in life. Also, this is a free country, and everyone has the right to have an opinion. If they feel about something, they should… and continue to do so.”
“I am not here to tell anyone ‘I am a good person’ or give them reasons for my actions. I did what I had to do, and I know myself. And just like I don’t want anyone to change for me, I would also not change myself. I am really all settled in the house, and I really love the place,” said the actress.
“I moved into the flat (Mont Blanc Apartments, Bandra) four months ago…I have lived in the same house at Pali Hill (Bandra) all my life and this is the first time I’ve moved out of there. I’m very sensitive to vibes, and this place gives me positive ones. Our homes in Kerala and Mumbai have been surrounded by trees and we used to feed birds and squirrels. So, I wanted a home with a view and ample space to feed birds,” she added.
Adah Sharma shifted to the Mont Blanc apartment, where actor Sushant Singh Rajput resided and died under mysterious circumstances, four months ago. She was then accused of doing so for publicity. However, the actress is happy with her decision. She further clarified that she has not purchased the property but has rented it, and she shares the rent with her grandmother.
The apartment is a duplex, spanning over 3,600 sq ft with a huge hall in the lower floor and three bedrooms on the first floor.
