Bhubaneswar: Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya (OAV) in Kotia gram panchayat of Koraput district has started functioning from the current academic session with 59 students taking admission in Class VI.
While teaching has begun, a hostel building has been completed and students here are being provided free bus service.
The school has brought new hopes and aspirations for the people of Kotia as it will impart high-quality education.
It may be pertinent here to mention here that Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra during his visit to Kotia in mid-April had reviewed the progress of the construction OAV, and had fixed timelines for its completion and commissioning.
