After Anubhav Mohanty’s ‘Untold Truth’, Varsha Priyadarshini Announces ‘Tell-All’ Autobiography
Bhubaneswar: A day after informing the district judge court that she would leave her in-laws’ place at Nandi Sahi in Cuttack city, actress Varsha Priyadarshini on Wednesday created a buzz by announcing her first book, ‘Anthaswara – Anek Akuha Katha’.
“With the blessings of Agrapujya Mahavinayaka and immense mercy of Mahaprabhu Srijagannath, I am going to write my first book in a different endeavour and creativity,” she wrote.
It is to be seen if the book, whose title roughly translates into ‘The inner voice, a lot of untold things’, will be a tell-all on her friction with her estranged husband and Kendrapada MP Anubhav Mohanty and the ongoing legal battle.
The marital discord of the once-power couple of Ollywood grabbed media headlines when Varsha filed a domestic violence case at the court on August 7, 2020, accusing the actor-turned-politician of torturing her physically and mentally. It was then revealed that Anubhav had already filed for divorce from her at Patiala Court in Delhi.
Since then, the acrimony has spilt over to social media amid allegations and counter-allegations, police complaints and tell-all videos ‘Untold Truth’ of Anubhav. Except for some cryptic messages, Varsha has so far maintained a stoic silence over the issue.
Though the actress has filed for restitution of conjugal rights in the Family Court, Anubhav has time and again said that there is no room for reconciliation between them.
