New Delhi: Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh on Friday claimed that a doctor, who is part of AIIMS team, had told him long back that pictures of the dead body of the actor indicated that he was strangulated to death.
He had reportedly sent those pictures to the doctor.
In a Twitter post, the senior advocate said that he was frustrated by the delay in ‘converting the case from abetment to suicide to murder’.
Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide.

The 34-year-old actor was found hanging in his Bandra apartment on June 14, following which the Mumbai Police had lodged an Accidental Death Report (ADR).
Later, the Supreme Court handed over the investigation to the central agency.
