New Delhi: After being hospitalized for 10 days, Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aaradhya have tested negative for COVID-19.
The mother and daughter duo has been discharged from Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital, where they were undergoing treatment after developing symptoms of coronavirus.
Abhishek Bachchan took to his Twitter handle to update the news about his wife and daughter’s well being.
“Thank you all for your continued prayers and good wishes. Indebted forever. Aishwarya and Aaradhya have thankfully tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. They will now be at home. My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff,” he tweeted.
Meanwhile, COVID-19 positive Abhishek and father Amitabh Bachchan are still under observation at the Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai.
