Mumbai: ‘Jigra’ actress Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram handle on Tuesday to announce her hubby Ranbir Kapoor’s new project with Bollywood perfectionist Aamir Khan.
In the video message shared by the actress, she is seen holding a poster, featuring Aamir and Ranbir.
Announcing the collaboration of the actors as the “ultimate blockbuster” the poster asserted that the project will be showcasing the “greatest rivalry” on screen.
“A battle of the best! Two of my favourite actors w̶i̶t̶h̶ against each other⚔️🫶🏻 Stay tuned for something very very exciting…more deets coming tomorrow😬😬 P.S. I know you’re going to love it as much as I did!!” Alia captioned her post.

Meanwhile, Alia and Ranbir will be sharing screen space in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love and War.’
“I, as an audience, am more excited to see him [Bhansali] and Ranbir collaborate, again, after so many years. I am like, ‘wow, what’s that going to be like?” Alia told News18 Showsha, while talking about the film and her reunion with Ranbir.
The film also features Vicky Kaushal in the lead role.
“Vicky and I coming together again; Ranbir and Vicky created magic with Sanju. So, it is a lot of combinations,” she added.
“At the end of the day, the intention is to keep your head down and work hard. Not let the other excitement get in the way, because the excitement about the film and the material is the most important. When you are on set, you just have to give your 180 per cent,” she said.
