All New COVID-19 Cases In Odisha’s Khurda From Bhubaneswar For 2nd Day In Row

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha capital added five new COVID-19 cases to its affected tally in the last 24 hours.

According to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation’s Tuesday tweet, all five are local contact cases. Two new cases have been reported from Khandagiri and one each from Unit-3, Old Town and Palasuni.

Earlier in the day, the I & PR Department had tweeted about Khurda district reporting five new infections, which means all these cases are from Bhubaneswar.

A similar trend was seen on Monday and Saturday when seven people had tested positive for the virus on both days in Bhubaneswar (Khurda).

Bhubaneswar also saw six patients getting cured of the infection.

With this, the city now has 83 active cases. The virus has so far claimed 250 lives while 31737 people have recovered.
