Cuttack: Amid heavy rain, Secretary to CM (5T) V K Pandian on Monday morning reviewed various civic works in Cuttack.
Pandian reviewed the progress of AIIMS Plus, Taladanda Canal, Chhatra Bazaar vending zone and SCB Hospital transformation work among others.
