Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) suspended another leader for anti-party activities for the second consecutive day on Tuesday. “Rabindra Kumar Das, Vice President of Biju Janata Dal, Keonjhar district, hereby suspended with immediate effect for his anti-party activities,” the office order said.
On Monday, the party had suspended Cuttack City president of Biju Yuva Janata Dal, Manjit Das, on similar charges.
These suspensions have come amid preparations for the urban polls slated for March 24, after a delay of three years.
